弹齿滚筒式捡拾装置的结构设计

【摘要】 针对捡拾装置作业时存在包土含量大、捡拾遗漏率大等问题,设计一种弹齿滚筒式捡拾装置的结构。通过理论分析对装置的相关参数进行了设计,通过Ansys-Workbench对弹齿进行了有限元分析,确定弹齿的刚度和强度符合机械设计要求,保障了装置作业的稳定性。

【Abstract】 In view of the problems of large soil content and large pickup omission rate of the pickup device during operation, a structure of spring-finger cylinder pickup collector was designed.The relevant parameters of the collector were designed through theoretical analysis, and the spring fingers were analyzed using ANSYS Workbench.It was determined that the stiffness and strength of the spring finger can meet the mechanical design requirements and ensure the stability of the device operation.
