林业索道索系标记的研究

【摘要】 林业索道因其低成本、高效益和环保的特点而广泛应用于各大领域。目前所使用的LY1383-1999林业索道索系标准仅由数字代码组成,容易混淆,且无法从标记中获得全面的索系信息。在对比以往提出过的几种林业索道分类标记方法后,结合现有的常用索道索系,提出一种新的、以各工作索的工作方式为编码的索系分类标记方法。该标记体现了索系工作索类型数、承载方式、牵引方式、起重方式和落钩方式,并辅以卷筒类型、数目和起重倍率,直观地表明了各索的工作方式。本文将常用索系作为案例进行了标记举例,分析和实际应用表明:该标记方法便于使用者画出对应索系图,同时代号按拼音首字母进行标记,使用方便,有利于林业索道的交流推广。

【Abstract】 Forestry ropeway is widely used in various fields because of its characteristics of low cost, high benefit and environmental friendliness.However, the currently used LY1383-1999 forestry cableway rope system standard is only composed of digital codes, which causes confusion easily and makes it impossible to obtain the comprehensive information of ropeway from the mark.After comparing several previously proposed forestry ropeway classification and marking methods, a new cable system classification and marking method was proposed coupled with the existing common cableway cable systems, with the working mode of each working cable as codes.This marking shows the number of cable types involved in the ropeway system, bearing mode, traction mode, lifting mode and hook dropping mode, supplemented by reel type, number and lifting magnification, intuitively indicating the working methods of each cable.In this paper, common cable systems were used as cases for making examples, with analysis and practical applications showing that this marking method can facilitate the user to draw the corresponding cable system diagram,with the codes marked based on the first letter of pinyin,which is easy to use and conducive to the exchange and promotion of forestry cableways.
