激光冲击对TC17钛合金微结构和力学性能的影响
Effects of Laser Shock Processing on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of TC17 Titanium alloy
【摘要】 利用激光冲击强化工艺(Laser Shock Processing,LSP)对TC17钛合金板材进行单次冲击强化。TC17钛合金经激光冲击后得到了表层晶粒显著细化的梯度显微组织,最表面细化晶粒尺寸达到亚微米级(389 nm)。透射电子显微镜(TEM)照片显示微观组织细化机制为位错墙细分原始粗晶为位错胞亚结构,并最终转变为亚微米级等轴晶粒。晶粒细化造成的晶界强化效应以及变形组织内部高密度位错引起的位错强化效应是激光冲击后TC17钛合金表层硬度提高的原因。
【Abstract】 The TC17 titanium alloy was treated by single laser shock processing(LSP)and a gradient microstructure was obtained.The surface grains were refined to submicron(389 nm). Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)photographs showed that the microstructure refinement mechanism was the dislocation walls subdivided the original coarse grains into dislocation cells which eventually turned into submicron equiaxed grains. The grain boundary strengthening effect caused by grain refinement and the dislocation strengthening effect caused by high density dislocations within the deformed structure were the reasons for the surface hardness increase of TC17 titanium alloy after laser shock processing.
