【摘要】 癌痛作为癌症患者的一种常见症状，其发生率呈逐年上升趋势。疼痛不仅影响患者的生活质量，对患者的后期康复也可造成一定影响。目前，癌痛的临床治疗效果参差不齐，一方面是由于临床对癌痛的病因及发病机制认识不足，另一方面，癌痛的治疗也未引起临床医生和患者的足够重视。本文旨在对癌痛的发病机制及目前临床常用的治疗方法进行综述，以期为癌痛的临床治疗和用药提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cancer pain is a common symptom of cancer, and its incidence rate gradually increases with the development of cancer. Untimely treatment of cancer pain will seriously affect the rehabilitation and quality of life of cancer patients. At present, the clinical therapeutic effects of patients with cancer pain are also different. On the one hand, the etiology and pathogenesis of cancer pain are not well understood due to the complexity of cancer and the non-oneness of cancer pain site; on the other hand, the treatment of cancer pain has not yet attracted enough attention from clinicians and patients.This article aims to review the pathogenesis of cancer pain and the frequently-used treatment at present, and to provide references for clinical treatment of cancer pain and medication.更多还原
