【摘要】 目的 探讨自拟黄龙合剂治疗湿热型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 选取湿热型腰椎间盘突出症期患者进行研究，共168例，分为空白组56例、对照组56例、治疗组56例，空白组给予弥可保片500μg,3次/d，对照组给予四妙丸6 g,2次/d，依托考昔片60 mg,1次/d，弥可保片500μg,3次/d，口服2周；治疗组给予自拟黄龙合剂方汤剂口服2周，弥可保片500μg,3次/d，口服2周；分别于治疗前、治疗后7 d、14 d，对比治疗效果。结果 治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05），对照组临床疗效优于空白组（P<0.05），三组治疗后各时间点各评分均优于治疗前（P<0.05），与治疗前比较，治疗组及对照组、空白组的VAS评分持续减低，JOA评分持续增高（P<0.05）；治疗组与对照组比较，对照组与空白组治疗7 d、14 d后比较，VAS评分、JOA评分治疗后（P<0.05）。结论 自拟黄龙合剂能明显减轻痹阻湿热型腰椎间盘突出症疼痛症状，有效改善腰椎功能，可在临床推广与使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of huanglong mixture on damp-heat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 168patients with wet heat lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into blank group, control group and treatment group, with 56 cases in each group.Blank group was given Methycobal tablet 500 μg, thrice a day. The control group was given Simiao pill 6 g, thrice a day; Etocoxib tablet 60 mg,thrice a day, Methycobal tablet 500 μg, thrice a day for 2 weeks. The treatment group was given oral huanglong mixture decoction for 2 weeks, Methycobal tablet 500 μg, 3 times a day for 2 weeks. Clinical efficacy, visual analogue scale(VAS) and lumbar spine disease score(JOA) were observed before, 7 and 14 days after the treatment, respectively. Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05), and that of the control group was better than that of the blank group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The scores of the three groups at each time point after treatment were better than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The VAS score of the treatment group, the control group and the blank group continued to decrease, while the JOA score continued to increase. The difference was statistically significant compared with the previous time point(P<0.05). Comparison between the treatment group and the control group, and comparison between the control group and the blank group after 7 and 14 days of treatment, VAS score and JOA score showed statistically significant differences at the time point after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made huanglong mixture can obviously relieve the pain symptoms of bi damp-heat lumbar disc herniation and improve lumbar function, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
