【Abstract】 The report of the 20th CPC National Congress put forward the strategic idea of “education, science and technology, talent” trinity, linkage and innovative development, pointing out the direction for China’s education, science and technology and talent development. Based on the relevant spirit of the report of the 20th CPC National Congress, and in view of the practical subject of “Double First-class” construction in China, this paper theoretically expounds the necessity and urgency of building a Double First-class university that is both in line with international practice and with Chinese characteristics, as well as the long-term and complex characteristics of the whole construction process.更多还原
