【摘要】 地方高校培养的公费师范生，作为农村教师队伍建设的重要组成部分，促进了乡村振兴、乡村儿童成长和教育公平。聊城大学在公费师范生培养过程中，借鉴我国传统师范人才培养模式，吸收部属院校公费生培养经验，构建的“情怀为基、能力为重、精准对标”的地方高校公费师范生培养体系，筑起了公费师范生“知识、能力、素质、责任”四位一体、全面健康发展的成长体系，凸显了公费师范生“未来角色决定性”,符合新时代对乡村教师的要求，保障了公费师范生培养目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of rural teaching body, the public-funded normal students trained by local universities have promoted rural revitalization, rural children growth and education equity. On the basis of drawing lessons from China’s traditional normal talent training mode and from affiliated universities training experience, Liaocheng university built “emotion based, ability imported, accurate control standard” training system for Public-funded Normal Students, leading to the “four in one” training system, namely “knowledge, ability, quality, responsibility”, which underlined the role of Public-funded Normal Students, met the requirements of the country teachers in the new era, and guaranteed the realization of the training goal of Public-funded Normal Students.
