胶磷矿柱式浮选优化研究
Optimization of column flotation for collophanite
【摘要】 介绍选矿厂浮选柱分选现状,针对直冲式浮选柱在胶磷矿反浮选作业中存在的分选效果不稳定问题,将直冲式充气方式调整为管流混合方式,有效地提升矿化效果,一次反浮选抛尾量从10.49%提高到15.92%,脱镁率从29.91%提高到50.93%,缓解了后续作业压力。
【Abstract】 The current situation of flotation column separation is introduced, in view of the problem of unstable separation effect of direct impact flotation column in the reverse flotation of collophanite, the direct inflation mode is adjusted to pipe flow mixing mode to improve the mineralization effect effectively. The tailing amount of one-time reverse flotation is increased from 10.49% to 15.92%,and the magnesium removal rate is increased from 29.91%to 50.93%, which alleviates the pressure of subsequent operation.
