【摘要】 新中国成立后，特别是改革开放以来，我国城市历史文化保护传承的内容不断丰富、体制机制不断完善、方式方法不断创新、成效不断显现，但仍然存在诸多突出问题，文化保护传承仍是城市发展中的一只“瘸脚”。根据国家最近发布的《关于在城乡建设中加强历史文化保护传承的意见》精神，加强城市历史文化保护传承工作必须坚持以人民为中心的理念，遵循文化发展规律，在加强顶层设计、增强公众文保意识、开创文保新模式、推进文旅融合等方面下功夫。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, the protection and inheritance of urban historical culture in China shows a good situation, with enriched content, improved mechanism, innovated methods and outstanding achievement. However, there are still many problems, and cultural preservation and inheritance is still a “limp” in urban development. According to the spirit of the “Opinions on Strengthening the Protection and Inheritance of Historical Culture in Urban and Rural Construction” recently issued by the state, strengthening the protection and inheritance of urban historical culture should adhere to the people-centered concept, follow the laws of cultural development, and strengthen top-level design. Efforts should be also made in areas such as raising public awareness, creating new modes of cultural preservation, and promoting cultural and tourism integration.更多还原
