【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the identity construction, professional and academic editorial quality of academic journal editors in the new period; it also analyzes the two-way development of academic and professional editing of academic journals. Based on the analysis of the two-way development of academic and professional editors of academic journals, this paper puts forward diversified training paths, including training professional quality through pre-service education institutions and post-service training, training academic quality through editing academic conference and discipline academic conference, and carrying out hierarchical, segmented and multi-stage cultivation according to the similarities and differences between editors’ professional and academic qualities. This two-way cultivation path can promote the innovation and development of editorial quality of academic journals, improve the quality of academic journals and promote academic prosperity.更多还原
