【摘要】 为了完善《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法(修订草案)》,进行保护妇女职业安全与健康权益的策略研究，梳理有关科学研究和立法实践证据。研究结果表明：应突出保护、关心和关爱妇女，在关注女性特殊性需求前提下实现男女平等和妇女全面发展；细化职业妇女健康权利，强化政府行政部门的监督管理责任以及妇联和工会的群众监督责任；用人单位采取一体化措施应对工作场所暴力和骚扰，应根据国家有关强制性职业卫生标准配备女性辅助卫生设施；并对修订草案提出12条建设性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the purpose of improving the Law of People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Women(Amendment Draft),the strategic study on protecting the rights and interests of occupational safety and health for women was conducted, and the relevant evidences of scientific research and legislation practice were summarized.The results showed that the protection, care and support of women should be highlighted, and the gender equality and all-round development of women should be realized on the premise of paying attention to the special needs of women.The health rights of working women required to be specified, and the the supervision and management responsibility of government administrative departments and the mass supervision responsibility of women’s federations and trade unions should be strengthened.The employing units should take integrated measures to deal with violence and harassment at workplace, and the auxiliary health facilities for women should be constructed according to the relevant mandatory national occupational health standards.Furthermore, 12 constructive suggestions to the amendment draft were put forward.更多还原
