【摘要】 目的 建立能同时测定喉可宁中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的反相高效液相色谱（RP-HPLC）法。方法 色谱柱为CAPCELL PAK C₁₈,流动相为乙腈-0.1%氨水溶液（用磷酸调节pH为7.5）,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL。结果 齐墩果酸和熊果酸浓度分别为0.96～192μg·mL^-1、10.8～216μg·mL^-1时呈良好线性关系,相关系数均> 0.999 5,平均加样回收率（n=6）分别为98.3%和102.7%。结论 该方法简单、实用,可用于喉可宁中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Houkening by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography（RP-HPLC）. METHODS The chromatographic column was CAPCELL PAK C₁₈, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% ammonia solution（adjusted to pH 7.5 with phosphoric acid）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the column temperature was 30℃, and the injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS The concentrations of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.96-192 μg·mL^-1 and 10.8-216 μg·mL^-1 respectively, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999 5. The average sample recovery rate（n = 6） was 98.3% and 102.7%, respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple and practical, and can be used for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Houkening.更多还原
