【摘要】 目的：总结近十年关于真武汤的研究进展，分析真武汤研究现状和研究趋势。方法：以“真武汤”为关键词，检索2011年1月至2021年6月中国知网（CNKI）数据库中收录的相关文献报道作为研究对象，基于Citespace文献计量分析软件对研究作者、机构及关键词等内容进行可视化分析。结果：近十年真武汤研究发文量整体呈上升趋势，研究纳入的915篇文献主要发表在非中文核心期刊，其中发文量最多的为《光明中医》，累计发表36篇真武汤相关文献；核心期刊中最多的为《中华中医药学刊》，累计发表了15篇。发文量最多的作者为李文杰，辽宁中医药大学是发文量最多的机构。关键词分析发现真武汤研究主要集中在心力衰竭和肾脏疾病领域。结论：真武汤研究紧扣“温阳利水”功效，开展了大量临床观察性研究、方证理论研究和药理机制探索研究。现阶段依旧围绕心功能和肾功能开展相关研究，形成了较为稳定的研究主题，慢性心力衰竭、糖尿病肾病以及肾病综合征研究仍是目前的研究热点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the research progress of Zhenwu Decoction in the past ten years, and analyze its research status and trend. Method: "Zhenwu Decoction" was used as the key word, and the relevant literature reports included in CNKI database from January 2011 to June 2021 were retrieved as the research object. Based on the CiteSpace bibliometric analysis software, the visual analysis of the research authors, institutions, keywords, and other contents was carried out. Result: In recent ten years, the number of the published articles about research on Zhenwu Decoction had shown an overall upward trend. The 915 articles involved in the study were mainly published in non-Chinese core journals, of which Guangming Journal of Chinese Medicine had the largest number of publications, with a cumulative publication of 36 articles related to Zhenwu Decoction. Among the core journals, the Chinese Archives of Traditional Chinese Medicine had the most publications, with a total of 15 published articles. The author with the largest number of published articles was Li Wen-jie, and Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine was the organization with the largest number of published articles. The keyword analysis revealed that research on Zhenwu Decoction mainly focused on heart failure and renal diseases. Conclusion: The research on Zhenwu Decoction is closely related to the effect of "Warming yang for diuresis", and a lot of clinical observational studies, theoretical studies of prescriptions and syndromes, and exploration studies of pharmacological mechanisms has been carried out. At present, the research is still carried out around heart function and renal function, and a relatively stable research topic is formed. Chronic heart failure, diabetic nephropathy and nephrotic syndrome are still the current research highlights.更多还原
