姜黄素抑癌的表观遗传学进展
Epigenetic progress of curcumin against cancer
【摘要】 癌症的发生通常伴随着表观遗传修饰的变化,主要包括DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰的可逆性改变,以及一些非编码RNA的表达失调。许多中草药及其提取物在体内外均表现出良好的抗癌活性,姜黄素更是由于强大的抗炎、抗氧化和抗癌特性,以及常作为表观遗传调节剂而被深入研究。本文围绕DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA三个方面,对姜黄素抑癌的表观遗传学机制进行了系统综述,并归纳总结了最新的研究进展,以期为姜黄素抑癌的理论研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Carcinogenesis is generally accompanied by changes in epigenetic modifications, mainly including reversible changes in DNA methylation and histone modifications, as well as dysregulated expression of some non-coding RNAs. Numerous Chinese herbs and their extracts have shown remarkable anti-tumor activity in vivo and in vitro, and curcumin has been intensively studied owing to potent anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-cancer properties, and acting as an epigenetic modulator. In this review, we focused on three aspects of DNA methylation, histone modification and non-coding RNA to systematically review the epigenetic mechanism of curcumin in tumor suppression, and summarize the latest research progress, which provides references to the theoretical research of curcumin against cancer.
