【摘要】 目的：通过对14例肾康注射液不良反应的分析，进一步探究此药品对人体的安全性作用，为临床医生合理用药提供参考依据。方法：通过对2016年1月-2021年6月所收集的肾康注射液ADR报告，采用回顾性研究方法进行分析。结果：肾康注射液所致ADR中，男女性别比为0.75:1,45岁以上中老年人群（占85.72%）为高发人群；ADR累及器官系统最多的为皮肤及其附件损害（32.00%），临床表现为斑丘疹、皮疹、皮肤潮红、红肿、瘙痒；其次为全身性损害（24.00%）、神经系统损害（20.00%）。新的不良反应有4例，一般的不良反应有10例，经过对症处理和治疗后都已好转或痊愈。结论：临床应重视不同患者个体差异，规范用药，加强用药全程监护可有效减少肾康注射液不良反应的发生，从而保障患者用药安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Through the analysis of 14 cases of adverse reactions of Shenkang injection, the safety effect of Shenkang injection on human body was further explored to provide a reference for the rational drug use of clinicians. Method:The ADR reports of Shenkang injection collected from January 2016 to June 2021 were analyzed by retrospective study method.Result: In ADR caused by Shenkang injection, the ratio of male to female was 0.75:1. The middle-aged and old people(85.72%)over 45 years old were the high incidence group. The most common ADRs involved organ systems were skin and its appendages(32.00%). The most common clinical manifestations were maculopapule, rash, skin flushing, redness and itching. The second were systemic damage(24.00%) and nervous system damage(20.00%). There were 4 cases of new adverse reactions and 10 cases of general adverse reactions, which were all improved or cured after symptomatic treatment and treatment. Conclusion: Clinical attention should be paid to the individual differences of different patients, standardized medication, and strengthened whole-course monitoring of medication which can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of Shenkang injection, so as to ensure safe and effective medication for patients.更多还原
