【摘要】 目的 了解新入职规范化培训护士的真实工作体验，使护士管理者更能关注、理解新入职护士的工作状态，为其提供参考依据，从而运用科学的、人性化的管理方法，促使新入职规范化培训护士能以更快、更好的状态适应工作。方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究法，以面对面、半结构式深度访谈的方式收集资料，对西安交通大学第一附属医院2016年150名新入职规范化培训护士采用目的抽样法抽取的12名护士进行研究，对访谈内容进行记录与归纳，运用Colaizzi七步分析法形成一定的主题。结果 新入职护士工作体验共提炼出5个主题：专科知识、技能得到全面提高；压力和恐惧；没有归属感；经验不足；愧疚。结论 规范化培训可增强新入职护理护士综合素质，但应该关注规范化培训护士的心理疏导，营造团队环境，有助于他们平稳度过规范化培训期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The understand the real working experience of the newly recruited nurses, to make nurses’ managers pay more attention and understand the state of the new nurses, and to take scientifc and humanized management methods. The newly recruited standardized nurses can adapt to their work in good condition. Methods Using the phenomenological research method in qualitative research and collecting data in the form of face-to-face and semi-structured in-depth interviews. This paper studied 12 nurses selected by the purpose sampling method from 150 new standardized training nurses in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2016, recorded and summarized the interview contents, and formed a certain theme by using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results A total of 5 subjects were extracted from the working experience of the new nurses: professional knowledge and skills were improved comprehensively; stress and fear; without a sense of belonging;Less experience; guilt. Conclusion The comprehensive quality of newly recruited nurses can enhance by standardized training methods, but managers should pay attention to the psychological guidance of new nurses and create a team environment to help them pass the standardized training period smoothly.更多还原
