【摘要】 目的 探究颅内复杂动脉瘤患者分别选择Solitaire支架与Enterprise 2代支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗的效果差异。方法 回顾性分析河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的87例颅内复杂动脉瘤患者临床资料，2020年2月研究开始，并于2021年5月完成。依据使用支架类型不同将患者划分成A组(43例)和B组(44例)，其中A组患者使用Enterprise 2代支架进行治疗，B组患者使用Solitaire支架进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、并发症发生情况、预后及治疗三个月后生活质量表(SF-36)得分。结果 A组与B组患者治疗有效率依次是93.18%、90.70%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组与B组患者并发症发生率依次是11.63%、15.91%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。A组与B组患者手术后一个月预后良好率依次是62.79%、63.64%，手术后三个月预后良好率依次是72.09%、75.00%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗三个月后，两组SF-36得分比较，差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 对颅内复杂动脉瘤患者选择Solitaire支架与Enterprise 2代支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗，均能发挥良好的治疗效果，提高患者生活质量，且并发症少，疾病预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Solitaire stent and Enterprise2 stent assisted spring coil embolization for patients with intracranial complex aneurysm. Method A total of 87 patients with intracranial complex aneurysm admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from February 2020 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different stent types, all patients were divided into group A(43 cases) and group B(44 cases). Group A was treated with Enterprise2 replacement stent, and group B was treated with Solitaire stent. Treatment effect, complications,prognosis, and sF-36 score after three months of treatment were compared in both groups. Results The effective rate of group A and group B was 93.18% and 90.70%, respectively, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).The complication rates of group A and group B were 11.63% and 15.91%, respectively, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05). The good prognosis rate of patients in group A and group B was 62.79% and 63.64% one month after surgery, and 72.09% and 75.00% three months after surgery, respectively. There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05). After three months of treatment, there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Solitaire stent and Enterprise2 stent assisted spring coil embolization therapy for patients with intracranial complex aneurysm can play a good therapeutic effect, which has less complications, good prognosis, and can improve the quality of life.更多还原
