【摘要】 [目的]分析肠镜结果结合病理确诊为结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)患者的年龄、性别、检出率等流行病学特征，为CRC的防治策略提供参考。[方法]收集十堰市太和医院2015-01-01-2020-12-31期间肠镜结果结合病理确诊为CRC的病例资料。采用SPSS 21.0进行数据分析，并采用Graphpad Prism 5作图。[结果]接受肠镜检查的31 404例患者中，肠镜检查结合病理分析结果确诊为CRC 986例(3.14%),其中男占比60.34%,女占比39.66%,年龄以60～69岁比例最高(29.21%)。2018～2020年较2015～2017年能明确TMN分期的患者显著增加，差异具有统计学意义。在986例CRC中，检出黏液腺癌94例，占比9.53%,相对于非黏液腺癌，黏液腺癌中患者年龄偏小，女性比例偏多。[结论]因电子肠镜的普及，检出率呈上升趋势，且行手术治疗的患者显著上升，其中CRC中黏液腺癌的发病率趋于低龄化。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the age, gender detection rate characteristics of colorectal cancer(CRC)patients diagnosed by colonoscopy combined with pathology, provide reference for the prevention and treatment of CRC.[Methods]All the electronic colonoscopy findings and the confirmed cancer case data combined with the results of pathological biopsy were analyzed.SPSS 21.0 was used for data analysis, and Graphpad Prism 5 was used for graphing and P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.[Results]In the six years from 2015 to 2020,the number of patients undergoing colonoscopy in the colonoscopy unit of Shiyan Taihe Hospital was 31 404.A total of 986 cases(3.14%)were diagnosed colorectal malignant tumor by colonoscopy and pathological examination, of which 60.34% were males and 39.66% were females.The age distribution was the highest in the 60-69 age group(29.21%).The number of patients which had clear TMN staging in the three years increased than previous 3 years, and the difference was statistically significant.Among 986 cases of colorectal cancer, 94 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma were detected, accounting for 9.53%.Compared with non-mucinous adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma was younger in age and more women.[Conclusion]In the past 6 years, due to the popularization of electronic colonoscopy in this public hospital, the detection rate has been on the rise, and the number of patients undergoing surgical treatment has increased significantly.Among them, the incidence of mucinous adenocarcinoma in colorectal cancer tends to be younger.更多还原
