ATP生物荧光法分析橡皮障隔离下髓腔固位冠的制备对诊疗室生物气溶胶的影响
ATP bioluminescence assay the effectiveness of rubber dam in control of biological aerosols during endocrown preparation in clinic room
【摘要】 目的:采用三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate, ATP)生物荧光方法评估橡皮障的使用对牙科诊疗室生物气溶胶的影响。方法:分别对橡皮障使用组和非橡皮障使用组中的患者进行髓腔固位冠的制备。对制备前、后诊疗环境进行采样,对比两组诊疗前、后诊疗室环境的污染情况。结果:治疗后,两组ATP值均较治疗前有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),非橡皮障使用组ATP值明显高于橡皮障使用组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单独使用橡皮障不能阻断生物气溶胶的产生和传播,但橡皮障的使用可有效减少口腔诊疗环境生物气溶胶的污染,帮助牙医做好预防性隔离。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of rubber dam in control of biological aerosols during endocrown preparation in dental clinic by ATP biofluorescence method.Methods:The environment before and after the endocrown preparation in the rubber dam group and the non-rubber dam group were sampled, analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment, the measured value of ATP in the rubber dam group and the non-rubber dam group all increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The measured value of ATP in the non-rubber dam group was significantly higher than that in the rubber dam group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of rubber dam alone can’t block the generation and transmission of biological aerosols, but the use of rubber dam can effectively reduce the pollution of biological aerosols in the oral clinic environment.The use of rubber dam will help dentists do a good job in preventive isolation.
