【摘要】 目的:探究激光在根分叉病变治疗中的疗效。方法:电子检索CNKI、CBM、维普、Medline、Pubmed、The Cochrane Library、Scopus和Web of Science等中英文数据库，收集有关激光治疗根分叉病变的临床随机对照试验。筛选纳入文献并提取数据后采用RevMan5.3.3进行合并meta分析。结果:最终纳入9篇文献，共涉及根分叉病变的患牙518颗，其中实验组257颗。Meta分析结果表明，接受激光治疗后，实验组患牙的垂直向探诊深度(Z=4.74,P<0.00001),临床附着丧失(Z=3.73,P=0.0002),根分叉水平向探诊深度(Z=2.89,P<0.00001)和牙龈指数(Z=2.80,P=0.005)均明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义。结论:激光辅助治疗根分叉病变具有较好的临床疗效，可在一定程度上改善牙周健康状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy of laser in the treatment of furcation involvement.Methods:Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,CBM,VIP,Medline, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Scopus and Web of Science were searched electronically to collect clinical randomized controlled trials of laser treatment of furcation involvement.After screening the included literature and extracting the data, RevMan 5.3.3 was used for combined meta-analysis.Results:A total of 518 teeth with furcation lesions were included in 9 literatures, including 257 in the experimental group.The results of meta-analysis showed that after laser treatment, the vertical probing depth(Z=4.74,P<0.00001),clinical attachment loss(Z=3.73,P=0.0002),horizontal probing depth of furcation involvement(Z=2.89,P<0.00001)and gingival index(Z=2.80,P=0.005)of the affected teeth in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Laser assisted treatment of furcation involvement has a good clinical effect and can improve periodontal health.更多还原
