【摘要】 目的:研究后牙咬合板配合种植钉技术对安氏Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者的掩饰性治疗效果。方法:选取2017年4月～2019年4月我院收治的158例安氏Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者,随机数字表法分为种植钉组和咬合板联合组各79例。种植钉组采用种植钉技术,咬合板联合组采用种植钉联合后牙咬合板。对比两组治疗后SNA、SNB、ANB、U1-SN、L1-MP、U1-L1、OP-FH、MP-FH、N-Me、N-ANS、ANS-Me、N-ANS/N-Me、ANS-Me/N-Me变化,以及治疗完成后1年的成功率及满意度。结果:与种植钉组相比,咬合板联合组OP-FH、MP-FH降低(P<0.05);咬合板联合组L1-MP升高,U1-L1降低(P<0.05)。治疗完成后1年随访观察,咬合板联合组成功率及满意度较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:后牙咬合板配合种植钉技术在解除前牙反(牙合)快速有效,同时可有效避免下颌前牙内收时的过度舌倾。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of posterior occlusal plate combined with implant nails in the treatment of Class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods:From April 2017 to April 2019,total of 158 patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion were admitted to our hospital. They were divided into implant nail group and occlusal plate combined group with 79 cases each by random number table method. The two groups respectively adopted the corresponding scheme. The changes of SNA,SNB,ANB,U1-Sn, L1-MP,U1-L1,OP-FH,MP-FH,N-ME,N-ANS,ANS-Me, N-ANS/N-ME and ANS-ME/N-ME were compared between the two groups after treatment, as well as the success rate and satisfaction at 1 year after treatment. Results:Compared with implant nail group, OP-FH and MP-FH were decreased in occlusionboard combined group(P<0.05). L1-MP was increased and U1-L1 was decreased in occlusionboard combined group(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up observation, the success rate and satisfaction of occlusal plate were higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The technique of posterior occlusal plate combined with implant nails is effective and rapid in the removal of anterior occlusal, and can effectively avoid excessive tongue dip when mandibular anterior teeth are adducted.更多还原
