速冻工况下结霜对于R507/R744复叠系统的性能影响研究

【摘要】 R507/R744复叠制冷系统广泛应用于速冻设备中。在速冻设备实际运行过程中,由于蒸发器空气侧的结霜问题使得制冷系统的性能受到严重影响。本文基于速冻条件下低温高湿的稳定控制,搭建了R507/R744复叠制冷系统性能测试平台,设置了不同风量、过热度、进气温度3个工况变量。将制冷系统的运行时间、系统效率和吸入压力作为制冷系统测试性能的重要考虑指标。通过实验测试的方式总结了速冻条件下结霜对系统性能的影响规律。

【Abstract】 R507/R744 cascade refrigeration system is a common and efficient technology applied in quick-freezing equipment at present. However, during actual operation of quick-freezing equipment, the performance of the refrigeration system where it is located will be seriously affected due to frosting problem on the air side of the evaporator. Based on stable control of low temperature and high humidity under quick-freezing conditions, a performance test platform of R507/R744 cascade refrigeration system is built,and 3 working conditions variables of different air flow volume, different superheat setting, different air inlet temperature are set.The operational time, system efficiency and suction pressure are taken as important consideration indexes for the test performance of refrigeration system. The effect of frosting on its performance under quick-freezing condition was investigated experimentally.It provides important technical reference for understanding the influence of frosting on performance of refrigeration system under the same working conditions, and also provides important data support and theoretical basis for the control optimization of such refrigeration system.
