中温炭化木材的化学组分及物理力学性能变化

【摘要】 为解决家具企业用材的开裂变形问题,提高其尺寸稳定性,以美国白蜡木(Fraxinus americana)素材及炭化材为研究对象,测定了炭化材化学组分含量及物理力学性能的变化。结果表明:炭化材的纤维素和综纤维素含量降低,综纤维素含量降低更明显,苯醇抽提物含量增加;热处理炭化使木材密度、干缩率、吸湿膨胀率及平衡含水率明显降低,木材尺寸稳定性改善;炭化材力学强度降低不明显,不影响其作为家具用材的使用。因此,对美国白蜡木进行125℃、10 h的炭化处理,可以满足家具用材的需求,炭化效果理想。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of cracking and deformation of furniture materials, improve the dimensional stability, this research took carbonization treated and untreated American ash(Fraxinus americana)woods as materials, tested the changes of chemical components, the physical and mechanical properties of the carbonized wood. The results showed that the contents of cellulose and holocellulose of carbonized wood decreased, the holocellulose content lowered more, while the content of benzene alcohol extract increased.The wood density, shrinkage, swelling, and the equilibrium moisture content reduced after heat-treatment,the dimensional stability was improved. The decreases of mechanical properties of carbonized wood were not obvious, it did not affect the use as furniture materials. Therefore, treatment at 125 ℃ for 10 h for the American ash wood was ideal.
