【摘要】 目的探讨小切口技术治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法采用小切口技术治疗37例肩袖损伤患者。记录肩关节活动度,采用UCLA评分和Constant-Murley评分评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间11～12个月。Constant-Murley评分、UCLA评分及肩关节活动度末次随访均较术前明显改善(P <0.01)。结论小切口技术治疗肩袖损伤能显著改善患者症状和肩关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small incision technique in the treatment of rotator cuff tears. Methods The 37 patients with rotator cuff tears were treated by small incision technique. The range of motion of the shoulder joint was recorded,UCLA scores and Constant-Murley scores were used to evaluate the effect. Results All patients were followed up for 11 ～ 12 months. At the last follow-up,Constant-Murley scores,UCLA scores and shoulder joint activity were significantly improved than the preoperation( P < 0. 01).
