CuCo2O4/SBA-15负载型催化剂的制备及其催化氧化苄醇的研究

【摘要】 采用纳米浇铸法将CuCo2O4固定在SBA-15介孔材料内部得到负载型催化剂,通过XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS和N2吸附-脱附等测试对催化剂的结构和组成进行表征,并研究了其选择性催化氧化苄醇的效果。结果表明,CuCo2O4可以均匀负载在SBA-15的孔道内部,比表面积达到581.7 m2·g-1;DFT计算结果表明,孔径从负载前的6.9 nm降到5.0 nm。以过氧化氢为氧化剂时,苄醇在80℃下的转化率达到50%左右,苯甲醛的选择性可达80%以上。该负载型催化剂对取代基为—CH3,—CF3,—NO2和—OH的苄醇也都有一定催化效果,在氧化法制备苯甲醛工业中具有一定的应用前景。

【Abstract】 CuCo2O4/SBA-15 mixed-metal oxide nanoparticles were synthesized by incorporating CuCo2O4into the pores of SBA-15 via nano casting method.XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS and N2 adsorption-desorption were used to characterize the structure and composition of the catalyst,and the selective catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol was studied.The results showed that CuCo2O4could be uniformly loaded inside the channels of SBA-15,with a specific surface area of 581.7 m2·g-1and the pore size decreased from 6.9 nm to 5.0 nm as calculated from DFT method.While using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,the conversion of benzyl alcohol reached 50%at 80℃and the selectivity of benzaldehyde was more than 80%.The silica-supported catalyst also showed the catalytic activity on benzyl alcohols with other substituents like—CH3,—CF3,—NO2and—OH applicable for the oxidation of benzyl alcohol.
