【摘要】 [背景]“双一流”建设是新时期国内高校实现跨越式发展的重要途径，智慧校园作为教育信息化发展的新阶段，将为“双一流”创建工作提供有力的支撑保障。[方法]本文从国家“双一流”建设背景和高校信息化发展历程展开探讨，并介绍了安徽理工大学相关探索经验。[结论]智慧校园建设只有立足实际办学需求，通过强有力的政策保障和自主化顶层设计，推动管理服务模式创新，才能利用好技术手段解决学校发展中的关键痛点问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Background]The “double world-class” project promotes domestic universities to achieve leapfrog development.As a new stage of educational informatization development,the smart campus will provide strong support for the “double world-class” project.[Methods]This paper first discusses China’s “double world-class” project and the history of university informatization,and then introduces the practice and experience of Anhui University of Science and Technology in smart campus construction.[Conclusions]In construction of the smart campus,only based on the real development needs,strong policy guarantee,independent top-level design and innovation of management service mode,can schools use technology to solve the key problems in development.更多还原
