金属熔丝熔融成型制备Ni60合金工艺参数的优化研究

【摘要】 以Ni60合金为原料,采用金属熔丝熔融成型方法制备Ni60工件,研究了打印参数(重叠率、挤出比、分层厚度)以及烧结参数(保温时间)对制备Ni60性能的影响。结果表明,打印参数重叠率15%、挤出比120%、分层厚度100μm时,生坯相对密度92.6%;在烧结过程中坯体保温时间越长,试样越致密,保温时间180 min时,相对密度即致密度达到95.68%;但保温时间过长,铬碳化物和铬硼化物等硬质相析出数量更多,晶粒组织更粗大,硬度反而下降。

【Abstract】 With Ni60 alloy as raw material, Ni60 workpiece was prepared by using metal fused filament fabrication. The influences of printing parameters of overlap rate, extrusion rate and layer thickness, and sintering parameter of holding time on the preparation of Ni60 were investigated. Results show that with the following printing parameters, such as overlap rate of 15%, extrusion rate of 120% and layer thickness of 100 μm, the obtained green body has a relative density of 92.6%. It is found that during the sintering process, longer holding time can bring in sample with higher density. When the holding time is 180 min, the relative density can be up to 95.68%. However, a too longer holding time will result in more precipitation of chromium carbides and chromium borides, thus the micro-structure becomes coarser and the hardness will be reduced instead.
