【摘要】 目的：探讨精准护理干预在无痛结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法：选择2018-05～2021-05在我院门诊接受无痛结肠镜检查患者80例，采用随机数字表法分为精准干预组(A组)和对照组(C组),每组40例。C组患者采用常规护理干预措施，A组患者在常规护理干预措施基础上，突出护理措施的精准化、个体化、人性化，具体涉及心理护理、肠道准备用药指导、饮食指导等。记录两组患者肠道准备情况及结肠镜检查时间；评估两组患者在肠道准备过程的依从性、宣教知识接受程度、护理人员宣教对心理有无影响、不良反应发生情况、对护理宣教满意度、对肠道准备过程满意度、对检查整体满意度。结果：A组患者OPBS评分、结肠镜检查时间明显低于C组(P<0.05),肠道准备充分率明显高于C组(P<0.05),A组患者肠道准备依从性、宣教知识接受程度明显高于C组(P<0.05)。通过护理人员宣教对患者心理产生积极影响，A组明显高于C组(P<0.05),A组患者对护理人员宣教满意度、对肠道准备过程满意度、检查整体满意度明显高于C组(P<0.05)。结论：精准护理干预措施应用于无痛结肠镜检查，能够提升患者肠道准备的依从性和配合度，提高肠道准备质量，缩短结肠镜检查时间，提高患者满意度和舒适度，提高检查过程的安全性和准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this study was to discuss the application effect of precise nursing intervention in painless colonoscopy. Methods: Eighty patients with painless colonoscopy in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into precise intervention group A and group C, 40 cases in each group. Patients in group C were given routine nursing intervention, while patients in group A were given precise, individualized and humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention, specifically involving psychological nursing, intestinal preparation medication guidance, diet guidance and so on.The bowel preparation and colonoscopy time of the two groups were recorded.The compliance of the two groups in the process of bowel preparation, the acceptance of education knowledge, the psychological impact of the education of nursing staff, the occurrence of adverse reactions, the satisfaction of nursing education, the satisfaction of bowel preparation process, and the overall satisfaction of the colonoscopy were evaluated.Results: The OPBS score and colonoscopy time of group A were significantly lower than those of group C(P<0.05).The intestinal preparation adequacy rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05). The intestinal preparation compliance and education knowledge acceptance of group A were significantly higher than those of group C(P<0.05). Through the propaganda and education of nursing staff, it had a positive impact on the psychology of patients. The satisfaction of group A was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05).The satisfaction of group A on the propaganda and education of nursing staff, the satisfaction of intestinal preparation process and the overall satisfaction of the colonoscopy was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of precise nursing intervention in painless colonoscopy can improve the compliance and cooperation of patients with intestinal preparation, improve the quality of intestinal preparation, shorten the time of colonoscopy, improve patient satisfaction and comfort, and improve the safety and accuracy of the examination process, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
