【摘要】 目的：分析本地区女性人乳头病毒(Human Papillomavirus, HPV)感染情况、基因分型，了解HPV感染和年龄的关系，不同年龄层感染亚型的类别，单一感染和多重感染的发生率。方法：收集女性宫颈分泌物，采用PCR体外扩增和DNA反向点杂交相结合的基因检测技术，对HPV进行定性检测及分型。结果：在8895例女性患者中，HPV感染率30.71%。HPV感染亚型前3位是16型、52型、53型。不同年龄组之间6型、16型、18型、59型感染率有差别，差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.00、0.00、0.02、0.04),其他21型感染率在不同年龄组之间差别没有统计学意义。结论：每个地区人群HPV感染类型并不十分相同，针对本地区人群HPV感染类型，总结常见的感染亚型，并统计复查人群中常见的HPV感染类型，为本地区女性宫颈癌的防治工作提供指导依据，为疫苗接种类型的选择提供查参考意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the infection and genotyping of human papillomavirus(HPV) in local and surrounding women, understand the relationship between HPV infection and age, the types of infection subtypes in different age groups, and the incidence of single infection and multiple infection, so as to provide reference for the prevention of HPV infection in this region and provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods: Cervical secretions of women were collected, and HPV was qualitatively detected and genotyped by PCR amplification in vitro and DNA reverse dot blot hybridization. Results: In 8895 female patients, HPV infection rate was 30.7%. The infection rates of type 6, type 16, type 18 and type 59 were significantly different among different age groups(P=0.00,0.00,0.02 and 0.04 respectively), while the infection rates of other types 21 were not significantly different among different age groups. Age was associated with HPV infection(P=0.025).Conclusion: The types of HPV infection in the population of each region are not quite the same. According to the types of HPV infection in the population of this region, the common infection subtypes are summarized, and the common HPV infection types in the population are statistically reviewed, so as to provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of female cervical cancer in this region, and provide reference for the selection of vaccination types.更多还原
