【摘要】 为提高复杂胎面花纹有限元模型的建模效率和网格质量,基于节点构建三维网格的方法和保角映射技术,提出了一种复杂胎面花纹有限元网格自动划分的方法。即通过MATALB编制程序,将花纹外轮廓由曲线变换为直线,并根据花纹尺寸参数在截面内建立分层线,使之与花纹展开图二维网格模型直接对应,再通过投影的方式获取所有节点信息,并按照右手定则分类连接单元节点。在此基础上,对生成的花纹网格模型进行还原和排序,实现自动生成完整的胎面花纹有限元网格。利用ABAQUS软件进行轮胎径向刚度和接地压力的仿真,结果表明:与传统建模方法相比,所提方法不仅能大幅提升花纹有限元建模效率,还保证了有限元网格具有较高的质量,仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,可见所提方法能更加准确、有效地模拟复杂花纹轮胎的实际情况。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the modeling efficiency and mesh quality of the finite element model for complex tread patterns, based on the method of nodes construction for three-dimensional mesh and conformal mapping technology, a method for automatic finite element meshing of the complex tread patterns was proposed. A program was developed in MATLAB to transform the outer contour of the pattern from curves to a straight line. Creating layered lines within the section according to the pattern dimension parameters, so that it corresponded directly to the two-dimensional mesh model of the pattern development map. Then all the node information was obtained by means of projection, and the element nodes are classified and connected according to the right-hand rule. On this basis, tread pattern mesh models were restored and arranged, to achieve the automatic generation of an entire tread pattern finite element mesh. In ABAQUS, simulations of tire radial stiffness and contact pressure characteristics were carried out. The results show that the proposed method not only significantly improves the efficiency of tread finite element modeling, but also ensures the high quality of the finite element mesh compared with traditional modeling methods. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental outcomes, which shows the proposed method can more accurately and effectively simulate the actual situation of complex tread tires.
