基于结构方程模型的城市公园绿地适老性评价
Evaluation of Adaptation of Urban Park Green Space for the Elderly on Structural Equation Model
【摘要】 城市公园绿地是承载老年人日常游憩的主要载体,度量其适老性影响因素对于提升公园品质具有重要意义。从老年人对城市公园绿地的使用感受出发,建立城市公园绿地适老性评价指标体系,基于评价指标体系和问卷调查所获数据,采用结构方程模型法构建4个评价维度共14个影响因子变量的城市公园绿地适老性评价模型,定量分析影响城市公园绿地适老性的主要因素和内在因果关系。结果表明,环境舒适性、环境安全性、空间可达性以及健康交互性四项潜变量对城市公园绿地适老性均存在正向相关性,其中环境舒适性对老年人游憩满意度影响最大;休憩设施完备度、无障碍设施配置度、夜间照明配置度、园路通畅性、活动场所丰富度等观测变量对其所属潜变量的作用更明显,是影响适老性的主要因素。根据研究结果提出提升城市公园绿地适老性设计策略,可为城市公园绿地的适老化设计和改造提供参考。
【Abstract】 Urban park green space(UPGS) is regarded as the main carrier of the daily recreation for the elderly, and it is of important significance to measure the influencing factors of adaptation of UPGS for the elderly to improve the quality of the parks.The evaluation index system for adaptation of UPGS for the elderly was established from the elder’s feelings on the use of UPGS. Based on the evaluation index system and the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, the evaluation model of UPGS for the elderly was constructed by using structural equation model with 4 evaluation dimensions including 14 influencing factor variables, the main factors and internal causality of UPGS were analyzed quantitatively.The results show that the four latent variables of environmental comfort, environmental safety, spatial accessibility and health interaction are positively correlated with the adaptation of UPGS for the elderly, and environmental comfort has the greatest influence on the recreation satisfaction of the elderly, observation variables, such as the completeness of rest facilities, accessibility facilities configuration, night lighting configuration, garden road patency, and activity place richness, have more obvious effects on their latent variables, which are the main factors affecting the adaptation of UPGS for the elderly. According to the research, the strategies to enhance the adaptation of UPGS for the elderly were proposed, aiming to provide reference for the design and reconstruction of adaptation of UPGS for the elderly.
