生物质烟气型农村住宅散热器供热性能研究
Heating Performance of Rural Residential Radiators through Biomass Flue Gas
【摘要】 针对生物质采暖现存热舒适差、能量利用率低等问题,提出了一种以低温烟气为热源的生物质烟气型散热器及采暖系统。采用CFD计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics, CFD)理论分析和实验验证相结合的研究方法,对所提出的采暖散热器的供热性能以及室内热环境进行研究。研究结果表明,所提出的散热器的折流板间距为100 mm,折流板宽度为65 mm时综合换热性能最佳,并且烟气入口流速对散热器供热性能的影响所占权重最大;当散热器输入烟气的参数为120℃、3 m/s时,测试房间供暖效果令人满意。该研究结果为农村住宅采暖设备和系统的研究与应用开阔了新思路。
【Abstract】 In views of the disadvantages of biomass heating e.g., unsatisfied thermal comfort and low thermal efficiency etc., a novel radiator and heating system taking biomass flue gas at low temperature as heat source were proposed by the authors. The heating performance of the proposed radiator and system were studied by help of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) analysis and experiments. The research results show that, the radiator has the optimal heating performance while the baffle space is 100 mm and the baffle width is 65 mm. Moreover, the inlet flow rate of flue gas has a significant effect on radiator heating performance. When the temperature and flue gas inlet flow rate are 120 ℃ and 3 m/s, the a satisfied test room indoor thermal condition was obtained. The research results can generate other novel ideas for rural residential heating equipment and systems research and application.
