改进指数趋近律的五相永磁同步电机滑模控制
Improved Exponential Reaching Law Sliding Mode Control for Five-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
【摘要】 针对五相永磁同步电机低速运行时,逆变器会输出不连续电流,产生转矩脉动;电机高速运行时,产生大量定子谐波电流,转速跟随能力和转矩平稳性受到影响。为保证五相永磁同步电机在全速域的快速平滑切换,提出了改进指数趋近律的五相永磁同步电机滑模控制策略。针对滑模控制中存在的抖振问题,提出改进指数趋近律,并将新型趋近律应用于一种非线性系统;仿真验证结果表明,在稳态时系统转速脉动小,静态误差低,系统反应迅速,响应时间短,提高了系统的鲁棒性,证明了本文方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 When the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor runs at low speed, the inverter outputs discontinuous current and produce torque ripple.When the motor runs at high speed, a large amount of stator harmonic current is generated, which affects the speed following ability and torque stability.In order to ensure the fast and smooth switching of the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor in the full speed domain, a sliding mode control strategy for five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor with improved exponential reaching law was proposed. Firstly, in order to solve the chattering problem in sliding mode control, an improved exponential reaching law was proposed and applied to a nonlinear system.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method. In steady state, the system speed fluctuation is small, the static error is low, the system response is quick, the response time is short, and the robustness of the system is improved.
