基于加速磨耗试验的钢渣-橡胶沥青混合料抗滑性能
Steel Slag-Rubber Asphalt Mixture Skid Resistance Based on Accelerated Wear Test
【摘要】 为研究钢渣-橡胶沥青混合料的抗滑性能,通过钢渣替换不同比例粗集料的形式,设计控制试验变量,制备AC-13钢渣-橡胶沥青混合料(AC-13 steel slag-rubber asphalt mixture, ASSAM),采用室内加速磨耗试验,研究了不同粗集料分维值的级配和不同钢渣掺量对ASSAM抗滑性能的影响;采用抗滑衰减率研究ASSAM的抗滑性能衰减程度;采用指数模型研究了ASSAM的抗滑衰变规律;基于抗滑性能研究结果推荐了ASSAM最佳钢渣掺量。结果表明:ASSAM短期抗滑性能和长期抗滑性能良好;减小级配粗集料分维值或增加钢渣掺量对其抗滑性能均有较好的提升作用,但减小级配粗集料分维值的作用更加显著;ASSAM的抗滑性能随钢渣掺量的增加而提高,结合其路用性能和体积安定性,推荐40%作为最佳的钢渣掺量。
【Abstract】 In order to study the skid resistance of steel slag-rubber asphalt mixture, AC-13 steel slag-rubber asphalt mixture(ASSAM) was prepared by replacing different proportions of coarse aggregate with steel slag and designing control test variables. The effects of different gradations of coarse aggregate fractal dimension and different steel slag content on the skid resistance of ASSAM were studied by indoor accelerated wear test. The skid resistance attenuation rate of ASSAM was studied by adopting anti-sliding decay rate.The anti-sliding decay law of ASSAM was studied by exponential model. Based on the research results of anti-sliding performance, the optimal steel slag content of ASSAM was recommended. The results show that ASSAM has good short-term and long-term skid resistance. Reducing the fractal dimension of graded coarse aggregate or increasing the content of steel slag has a good effect on improving its anti-sliding performance, but the effect of reducing the fractal dimension of graded coarse aggregate is more significant. The skid resistance of ASSAM increases with the increase of steel slag content. Combined with its road performance and volume stability, 40% is recommended as the best steel slag content.
