天然气脱硫系统中热稳定盐的形成、危害及防控措施

【摘要】 天然气胺液脱硫过程中,热稳定盐的形成会使天然气脱硫装置中出现设备材料腐蚀、过滤器频繁更换、胺液起泡以及有效胺量减少等一系列运行问题,进而增加脱硫装置的维护费用。但是,中国天然气企业对热稳定盐的生成及其影响的重视不够,对热稳定盐的防控效果有限。为此,对热稳定盐进行了详细总结,将热稳定盐分成反应生成盐和外来携带盐2大类,列出10余种常见来源并描述热稳定盐的3种形成机理,讨论热稳定盐对脱硫系统的5种危害,并重点介绍了热稳定盐的5种常规防控方法和4种重要的胺液除盐再生技术,为天然气企业提供脱硫过程中热稳定盐的防控参考信息及技术指导。

【Abstract】 In the process of natural gas amine desulfurization, the formation of heat stable salts(HSS) will cause a series of operation problems in the natural gas desulfurization unit, such as equipment and material corrosion, frequent replacement of filters, foaming of amine solution and reduction of effective amine, which will increase the maintenance cost of the desulfurization unit. However, the generation and impact of HSS has not been taken seriously by domestic natural gas enterprises, and the prevention and control effectiveness of HSS was limited. Therefore, HSS was summarized in detail. HSS were divided into two categories: reaction generated salts and foreign carried salt, more than ten common sources were listed, three formation mechanisms of HSS were described, five hazards of HSS to desulfurization system were discussed, and five conventional prevention and control methods of HSS and four important amine desalting and regeneration technologies were focused. It is expected to provide reference information and technical guidance for the prevention and control of HSS in the desulfurization process for natural gas enterprises.
