基于气象要素的青藏高原牧区雪灾等级监测数据集

【摘要】 气候变化背景下,青藏高原牧区雪灾频繁发生,对牧民群众生命财产安全、畜牧业可持续发展造成严重影响。本文基于青藏高原地区109个气象台站2000–2020年逐日积雪观测资料和地面灾情资料,采用雪灾等级分级指标作为判别标准,制作了基于气象要素的青藏高原牧区雪灾等级监测数据集,其中包括了近20年来地面气象台站监测到的轻度、中度、重度和特重度等级雪灾的发生日数。依据政府部门发布的灾情数据和现有文献资料对数据集质量进行评估,R2达到了0.84,平均绝对误差保持在5 d,表明数据集准确度较高,能够为青藏高原牧区雪灾风险评估和区划等研究工作提供数据支撑。

【Abstract】 As a result of climate change, snow disasters are happening with increasing frequency in the pastoral area of the Tibetan Plateau, posing a threat to the life and property safety of pastoralists and the sustainable development of animal husbandry. Referring to the daily observed data of snow cover at 109meteorological stations on the Tibetan Plateau during 2000-2020 and the information on ground snow disasters, we produced a dataset of snow disaster grade monitoring based on meteorological elements in the pastoral area of the Tibetan Plateau according to the criteria of snow disaster grading. The dataset includes the occurring days of mild, moderate, heavy and extreme snow disasters observed by the surface stations in the past 20 years. The quality of the dataset has been evaluated in accordance with the data released by government departments and the existing literature, and the R2 is up to 0.84, with an average absolute error of 5 days. According to the results, the dataset is of high accuracy and can s support the research on the assessment and division of snow disasters in the pastoral area of the Tibetan Plateau.
