【摘要】 RCEP的正式签署，标志着当前世界人口占比最多、亚洲乃至全球规模最大、最具发展潜力的自由贸易区正式启动。RCEP在货物贸易的自由化与便利水平化、服务贸易的高市场开放、投资环境的实质性改善以及新规则议题等方面已形成初步框架。研究RCEP框架下中国主导国际科技合作的机制，是提升区域内各国科技发展水平的现实需要，也是推动中国乃至区域经济增长的应有之义。因此在RCEP框架下，分析了中国主导国际科技合作的机制并针对其所面临的困境提出一定的政策建议，以期在推动科技创新高质量发展的同时有效提升中国在国际科技合作中的地位，强化中国的国际影响力与号召力，促进经济可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The signing of RCEP marks the official launch of a free trade area with the largest population in the world, the largest scale in Asia and even the world and the greatest development potential.The RCEP has formed a preliminary framework on the liberalization and facilitation of trade in goods, higher market opening of trade in services, substantial improvement of the investment environment and new rules.To study the mechanism of China-led international scientific and technological coopera-tion under the RCEP framework is necessary to raise the level of scientific and tech-nological development of countries in the region, and is also necessary to promote economic growth in China and the region as a whole.Therefore under the RCEP framework, analyzes the mechanism of China’s leading international technology cooperation and in view of its facing difficulties puts forward some policy Suggestions, in an effort to promote scientific and technological innovation in the development of high quality at the same time effectively improve the status of China in the international scientific and technological cooperation, strengthen China’s international influence and appeal, and promote the economic sustainable development.更多还原
