【Abstract】 Environmental factors play an important role in human health and disease occurrence.At present, as a new discipline, medical geology is in the stage of rapid development, and in the process of human beings seeking harmonious development between man and nature.The importance of medical geology will increase steadily.Taking geochemical endemic diseases as a breakthrough, this paper deeply discusses the role of medical geological research in the prevention and control of geochemical endemic diseases, and points out the weak links in medical geological research and the direction of development in the future to promote the rapid development of medical geology in China.更多还原
