氧化铝磨机大齿轮紧固螺栓的选型及安装方法
Sizing and installation method of connecting bolt for split gear of alumina mill
【摘要】 在氧化铝行业用磨机趋于大型化的背景下,由于其特殊的磨矿工艺,磨内温度过高,易造成分瓣齿轮结合面处张口,影响磨机开式齿轮的正常啮合,导致磨机出现规律性振动,严重影响设备使用寿命,甚至会将分瓣齿轮紧固螺栓胀断,造成安全事故。针对此问题,研究了一种分瓣齿轮紧固螺栓的选型及安装方法,配合氧化铝用磨机特殊的大齿轮结构,解决了运行过程中氧化铝磨机分瓣齿轮张口问题。
【Abstract】 On the background that the mill used in the alumina industry tends to large scale,due to its special grinding process,the over-high temperature easily leads to the open mouth on joint surface of the split gear,which affects the normal meshing of the open gear of the mill so as to bring about regular vibration of the mill,thus the service lifespan of the mill seriously affected,even the connecting bolt for the split gear were broken so as to cause safety accident.According to the problem,a kind of sizing and installation method for the connecting bolt for the split gear was developed,which was applied with special-structured gear for the alumina mill,thus the open mouth of the split gear of the alumina mill was avoided during operation.
