【摘要】 口腔肉瘤样（梭形细胞）癌[sarcomatoid (spindle cell) carcinoma,SpCC]是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，具有预后差、易局部复发和全身转移的特点。该病病因尚不明确，大部分临床表现不典型，难以诊断，目前治疗方案以手术为主。现报道1例早期原发于牙龈的SpCC，并综合文献复习，对其临床特点、诊断、治疗原则进行讨论，以提高对该病的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oral sarcomatoid(spindle cell) carcinoma(SpCC) is a rare malignant tumor, which is characterized by poor prognosis, easy local recurrence and systemic metastasis. Its etiology is unclear until now. Most of its clinical manifestations are atypical so that it is difficult to diagnose. At present, surgery is the main treatment plan. In this report, the authors presented a case of early primary gingival SpCC with a comprehensive literature review. Its clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment principle were discussed to improve the understanding of SpCC.更多还原
