【摘要】 文章以2010—2021年间长三角地区高校发明专利的许可和转让数据为研究对象，对区域高校专利运营情况进行分析。结果显示：长三角地区大部分高校主要以专利权转让方式实现成果转化；江苏和浙江高校的专利许可类型以普通许可为主，上海和安徽则以独占许可为主；各省市、各高校间的专利运营发展水平有较大差距，与“双一流”类高校相比，地方高校和学科特色明显的高校在专利转化方面表现更为出色。研究结论旨在揭示长三角地区高校在创新发展中面临的实际问题，为高校专利运营能力提升和区域性校地协同创新提供政策启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes the license and transfer data of university invention patents in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2010 to 2021 as the research object, and analyzes the operation of regional university patents. The results show that most universities in the Yangtze River Delta mainly transfer their achievements by means of patent rights. The patent license types of universities in Jiangsu and Zhejiang are mainly general license, while those in Shanghai and Anhui are exclusive license. There is a large gap in the development level of patent operation among provinces, cities and universities. Compared with the “double first-class” universities, local universities and colleges with obvious discipline characteristics perform better in patent transformation. The research conclusion aims to reveal the practical problems faced by universities in the innovation and development in the Yangtze River Delta region, and provide policy inspiration for the improvement of university patent operation capacity and regional school local collaborative innovation.更多还原
