【摘要】 汤山北部郊野地区长期处于待发展状态,近期随着其区域核心项目江苏省园博园的建设运营,“汤北”的发展迎来了新的契机。文章结合整体主义的方法论,从外部区域视角以及内部自身诉求两个角度进行分析总结,总体谋划汤北的发展方位,确定汤北地区的发展目标、战略以及空间布局,创新提出“YUANYE”的概念,为其他同类型的郊野地区提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The suburban area in the northern part of Tangshan has been in a state of development for a long time.Recently, with the construction and operation of its regional core project, Jiangsu Garden Expo, the development of “Tangbei” has ushered in a new opportunity. Combining the methodology of holism, this article analyzes and summarizes from the perspectives of the external region and the internal self-demand, overall plans the development direction of Tangbei, determines the development goal, strategy and spatial layout of the Tangbei region, and innovatively puts forward the concept of “YUANYE”, to provide a reference for other similar types of rural areas.更多还原
