【摘要】 新冠疫情打乱了我国原有的教学形态，高校为此大面积地开展在线教学。文章通过对3所地方高校教师开展在线教学的深度访谈，通过研究教师在初期开展在线教学的动能、在教学过程中的教学方式创新和认知提升、行政部门对教师的帮助和监督以及教学结束后的教学效果测量等问题，提出了在线教学对于教师的价值性，也诠释了从教师端提升在线教学效果的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 COVID-19 epidemic has disrupted the original teaching form of our country, so universities have carried out online teaching in a large scale. Through in-depth interviews with teachers in three local universities to carry out online teaching, this paper puts forward the value of online teaching to teachers by studying the kinetic energy of teachers carrying out online teaching in the initial stage, the innovation and cognitive improvement of teaching methods in the teaching process, the help and supervision of administrative departments to teachers, and the measurement of teaching effect after teaching.
