主体间性理论视域下高校师生有效沟通机制的生成路径

【摘要】 主体间性理论对于构建高校师生有效沟通机制具有重要的借鉴价值,一方面有助于把握高校师生关系的本质,促成思维观念的转变,另一方面有助于高校师生有效沟通机制的构建,提升教育的实效性。在主体间性理论的指导下,高校要在坚持教育者和教育对象地位平等、双向互动、求同存异等原则的基础上,通过树立主体间性的教育观念、完善师生沟通的制度体系、搭建全方位和多样化的沟通平台、加强教育对象需求的精准对接、健全评价与反馈机制等途径,创新高校师生沟通实践的方式方法,促进高校师生有效沟通机制的构建。

【Abstract】 The intersubjectivity theory has important value for constructing an effective communication mechanism between teachers and students in colleges and universities. On the one hand, it helps to grasp the essence of the relationship between teachers and students and promote the transformation of concepts; on the other hand, it helps to build an effective communication mechanism, and enhance the effectiveness of education. Under the guidance of the intersubjectivity theory, university educators and educational objects should establish an educational concept of“intersubjectivity”, and improve the system of teacher-student communication, build a comprehensive and diversified communication platform, strengthen the precise connection of the needs of educational objects, improve the evaluation and feedback mechanism.
