【摘要】 主体间性理论对于构建高校师生有效沟通机制具有重要的借鉴价值，一方面有助于把握高校师生关系的本质，促成思维观念的转变，另一方面有助于高校师生有效沟通机制的构建，提升教育的实效性。在主体间性理论的指导下，高校要在坚持教育者和教育对象地位平等、双向互动、求同存异等原则的基础上，通过树立主体间性的教育观念、完善师生沟通的制度体系、搭建全方位和多样化的沟通平台、加强教育对象需求的精准对接、健全评价与反馈机制等途径，创新高校师生沟通实践的方式方法，促进高校师生有效沟通机制的构建。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intersubjectivity theory has important value for constructing an effective communication mechanism between teachers and students in colleges and universities.
