【摘要】 学科精准服务已逐渐成为高校图书馆助力一流学科建设的主流工作。参考市场细分理论和需求层次理论，按照服务用户身份和需求进行分层，将高校学科用户划分为决策人员、管理人员、研究型教师、教学型教师、学生等5种不同类型用户，设计了一种基于用户分层的学科精准服务体系架构，介绍了面向不同层次用户提供具有针对性的学科精准服务内容，探讨了学科精准服务的实践策略，以期提升高校图书馆学科精准服务的针对性和服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Discipline precise service has gradually become the mainstream work of university libraries to support the first-class discipline construction. Referring to the market segmentation theory and demand hierarchy theory and stratifying by service users’ identity and requirements,this paper divides the discipline users in colleges and universities into five different levels of decision-makers,administrators,research-oriented teachers,teaching-oriented teachers and students,designs a discipline precise service architecture based on users’ stratification,introduces the targeted discipline precise service contents for different levels of users,and discusses the practical strategies of discipline precise service in order to improve the pertinence and service quality of discipline precise service in university library.更多还原
