生物质能清洁高效利用助力区域碳中和——以山西省芮城县为例

【摘要】 为更好地探索生物质能清洁高效利用助力区域碳中和的技术路径,本文以山西省芮城县为具体研究对象,通过文献调研和理论计算等方法统计得到该县每年的生物质资源总量约25.32万tce;基于卫星遥感影像识别的方法,进一步绘制了农作物秸秆资源分布图;同时利用文献和现场调研,梳理分析了该县生物质利用现状及存在的问题。结合乡村振兴、清洁取暖等国家相关政策,明确了该县生物质能规划的指导思想和基本原则,并针对不同生物质类型提出了具体可行的“光储直柔”型生物质颗粒燃料加工新模式和生物天然气技术路线,结合芮城实际发展情况和整体“双碳”时间表,明确了三阶段需要逐步完成的具体任务。

【Abstract】 In order to better explore the technical path of clean and efficient utilization of biomass energy to help regional carbon neutrality, this paper takes Ruicheng County, Shanxi Province as the specific research object. Through literature research and theoretical analysis, the annual biomass resources are about 253,200 tce, and the distribution map of crop straw resources is further drawn based on satellite remote sensing image recognition.At the same time, literature review and field investigation were used to analyze the current situation and existing problems of biomass utilization in the county. In combination with relevant national policies such as rural revitalization and clean heating, the guiding ideology and basic principles of biomass energy planning in the county were clarified. According to different biomass types, a new mode of processing biomass pellet fuel with "PEDF " and a technical route of bio-natural gas were proposed. Combined with the actual development situation and the timetable for Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality, the specific tasks that need to be completed gradually in three stages were further clarified.
