【摘要】 知识管理是知识经济时代重要的管理理念，本文在分析我国建筑施工企业知识管理现状的基础上运用SWOT分析法，对施工企业知识管理战略的内外部环境进行定性分析，运用层次分析法计算出各指标权重，进行SWOT定量分析法，计算因素力度和战略类型与强度，最后总结得出我国建筑施工企业知识管理战略的实施应采取积极开拓型的战略措施，并据此提出发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge management is an important management concept in the era of knowledge economy. This paper introduces the current situation of knowledge management of construction enterprises in China, and carries out qualitative analysis of internal and external environment of knowledge management in construction enterprises based on SWOT analysis method. The Analytic Hierarchy Process method is used to calculate the weights of each indicator, and conduct SWOT quantitative analysis, so as to calculate the strength of factors and the type and intensity of strategies.Finally, it is concluded that the implementation of the knowledge management strategy of construction enterprises in China should take active pioneering strategic measures, and development suggestions are put forward accordingly.更多还原
