Key Technologies for Construction of CITIC Tower in Beijing
【摘要】 中信大厦是目前高烈度区的世界第一高楼,其结构形式新、构造节点复杂。同时面临施工工期短、近乎零施工场地、安全管理难度高及专业协调管理难度大等挑战。为实现高质、高效、绿色的建造的目标,项目团队以高烈度区超高层建筑结构设计、施工、建筑工业化和全过程智慧建造四方面为出发点,形成高烈度区超高层巨型结构设计、超深超厚大体积混凝土基础底板、多腔钢管混凝土巨型柱、超高层建筑智能化施工装备集成平台、超高层跃层电梯等多项技术。同时,按照设计阶段全面介入、施工阶段深度应用、运维阶段增值创效的理念,推行全生命周期BIM应用。通过创新的设计理念及施工技术、先进的管理手段实现超高层建筑的建造目标,同时提升建筑的品质,实现管理价值。
【Abstract】 CITIC Tower is currently the world’s tallest building in high seismic intensity area, with a new structural style and complex nodes. At the same time, it faces the challenges of short construction period, zero construction site, high safety management and difficult professional coordination. In order to achieve the goal of high-quality, high-efficiency and green construction, the team started from four aspects: structural design, construction, industrialization and smart construction. A number of technologies have been formed, such as super high-rise giant structure design in high high seismic intensity zone,super-deep and super-thick mass concrete foundation floor, multi-cavity concrete filled steel tube giant column, intelligent construction equipment integration platform of super high-rise building, super high-rise jumplift and so on. According to the concept of comprehensive intervention in the design stage, in-depth application in the construction stage as well as valueadded and efficiency creation in the operation and maintenance stage, the BIM application in the whole life cycle is realized in this project. Through the innovative design concept and construction technology, the project team took advanced management means to achieve the construction goal of super high-rise building, at the same time to improve the building quality and achieve management value.
