工业化建筑信息化智能建造技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 2018年8月,华南理工大学广州国际校区开工建设。该项目采用EPC模式建设,项目建设标准高难度大,建设工期仅352天。为克服华南理工大学国际校区的建设困难,顺利完成各项建设目标,项目采用绿色低碳建筑设计施工技术,此技术涵盖了BIM正向建模技术、建筑工人智能安全防护技术、基于RFID及BIM的预制构件数字化施工技术;为了实现施工进度的精细化、信息化、责任化管理,项目研发了基于BIM的施工进度重量法管控技术;同时融合应用物联网等多种信息化技术,研发了国际先进水平的智慧校园管理平台,实现了设备联动控制和课堂学员智慧管理。以上技术的融合覆盖,解决了高质量、大体量、工期紧、绿色化难题,引领了装配式建筑信息化绿色建造技术的进步,施工中采取多项措施节约了资源、保护了环境,“五节一环保”效果明显,施工中减少碳排放量1329吨,助力实现碳达峰和碳中和。

【Abstract】 In August 2018, the Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology began construction.Adopting EPC mode, the project construction standard is high and difficult, and the construction period is only 352 days.In order to overcome the construction difficulties of the International Campus of South China University of Technology and successfully complete various construction objectives, the project adopts green and low-carbon building design and construction technology, which covers BIM forward modeling technology, intelligent safety protection technology for construction workers, and digital construction technology of prefabricated components based on RFID and BIM. In order to realize the fine, informationized and responsible management of construction schedule, the project has developed the control technology of BIM-based construction schedule weight method. At the same time, a variety of information technologies such as the Internet of Things are integrated to develop an internationally advanced smart campus management platform, realizing equipment linkage control and intelligent management of classroom students. All these technology fusion has solved the problems related to high quality, massive quntity, tight schedule, greening requirement, which led the progress of the green construction technology in prefabricated building informationtization. A number of measures during the construction have saved the resources, protected the environment, achieved "five savings and one environmental protection” effects, and reduced carbon emissions by 1,329 tons in the construction, which has contributed to the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
