【摘要】 研究以人民为中心、以“三农”为焦点，突出新发展理念和广大城乡居民美好生活需要的价值取向，首次提出县（市）域城镇化在国家新型城镇化格局中的重要地位和作用，补充完善了国家新型城镇化战略方向。研究全图景解析我国县（市）域城镇化的演变机理，建立了分区域、分类型、多因子评价方法和指标体系，构建了中国县（市）域城镇化研究的理论和技术框架，建立了“评估-校核-反馈-模拟”的持续性研究方法，提出了我国县（市）域城镇化发展的系统性、差异化的解决方案，对国家重要部门出台城镇化政策起到重要技术支撑作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking a people-centered philosophy and focusing on issues related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the study highlights the development concept of the new era and the value-oriented needs of urban and rural residents for a better life.The study for the first time puts forward the significant status and role of county(county-level city) urbanization in Chinese national new urbanization pattern, which supplements and improves the national new urbanization strategic orientation. The study presents a whole picture explicating the evolutionary mechanism of counties(county-level cities)urbanization in China,establishes an evaluation method and index system by region, type and multi-factors, and constructs a theoretical and technical framework for research on urbanization in China’s counties(cities). With a continuous research method of "Evaluation-CheckFeedback-Simulation", the study proposes systematic and differentiated solutions for the development of urbanization in China’s counties(county-level cities). The conclusions of the study provides important technical support for the key national departments in introducing urbanization policies.更多还原
